My Journey: Youth EXNORA International was intialised on 50^th Indian Independence year (1997) by HR Trainer Mr. P.Mohan ( State Founder President & University Exnora Coordinator), Mr. A.Vivekanandan, & Mr. T.Ravikumar with 70 dynamic Youth in the presence of BHARATHARATHNA C.Subramaniyam, Former Governor -Maharastra & Dr. M.B. Nirmal, Founder Chairman, EXNORA International. Now Youth Exnora nearly completed 20 years of Service with nearly 50,000 members in 60 Students ‘ Exnora wings in the Educational institutions.His Excellency Governor of TAMIL NADU recomended to all the University.

Vice Chancellors to initialize Students ‘ Exnora in their affiliated Colleges. In 2010, His Excelency Surjit Singh Burnala, Governor of Tamil Nadu reconstituted and Launched as Youth EXNORA International.

# More than 100’s HR, Leadership, Soft Skills workshops were conducted for Corporate, various Industries, Companies, Government Departments , Boards, Police, City Corporation, Organization, Institutions faculties (FDP), Service Clubs for 20,000 participants.

# Providing personal Psychology support to more than 600 students / Families through Child Welfare Committee, Trichy

# Guest Faculty , Free Lancer Trainer for HCL Learning Centre, ICTACT, Entrepreneurship Development Cell , Management Studies and Social Work department

# Providing Motivation, Psychology support to many students of various Homes and Hostels.

# Past 10 years conducting a Special Motivation and Carrier Guidance Workshop for Government and Corporation school 10^th / 12 th students along with Education Department reached more than 50,000 students.

# Conducted a Motivation & Carrier Guidance workshops for 8,000 School students.

# Reached with in 24 hours to Tsunami hit areas Nagapattinam & Velankanni and involved in removal of hundreds of Dead Body within 15 days, we are Ist team conducted Psychological support programme, then continuously involved in various Psychology, Relief & Rehabilitation programme in various affected places in Tamilnadu and Puducherry states. Contributed huge Relief funds and materials to Tsunami, Kargil War, Gujarath Earth Quake, Orissa Flood , Kumbakonam School fire Accident, Srirangam fire accident, Trichy floods etc

# Workshops like Competitive , Entrance exams , “ How to become an I.A.S. ?” and What after Schoolings frequently. We are also Conducted a Carrier Guidance Camp for 4 Years along with District Employment office.

Other Major Activities :

# Having Two World Records in JETTLEE BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS – 2014 & 2015 for creating more awareness on Environmental , Traffic Rules

# Bharathidasan University recognized our service towards the Youth , Environment & include Students ‘ EXNORA in its Part–V Curriculum & Co Extension activities(like NSS, NCC, Red Cross etc.)

# Served as a advisor / Committee members / coordinators for various Government Departments, Corporation, City police, University , Institutions etc.

# Conducted Surveys nearly in 80 Slums & Villages on behalf of City Police, TN Slum Clearance Board, DRDA , EXNORA International, Samarpanam Foundation etc.

# Conducted mega anti plastic awareness “ Gold for Plastic” at Srirengam Vaikunda Ekadesi (4 yrs) along with Trichy City Corporation and in Samyapuram Car festival along with Collectorate , it reaches more than 5 lakh people .

# More than 500 create awareness through Competitions, Seminars, workshops, street plays , Rallies, Nature walk, Trekking etc. 100’s of noval District level Competitions (Art, Drawing, Quiz, Cultural, Photo, Cleaning, Greening, Poster Making) for Schools, Colleges and also for a General Public. 100’s of Competitions on Traffic , Patriotism, Copper Vessels, Thulasi, Herbal, etc. Distributed Nearly 1Lakh Eco bags, Stickers , Phamlets, Small posters (each) in many Institutions, Government, Service organizations., marriages, function etc., it reached lakhs of people. Nearly 65,000 tree saplings were planted / Distributed. Frequently Arranged / participated / Trained 100’s of Environmental Leadership Programmes, Eco-Tourism, natural walk , field visit, industrial Visit etc. & it reached more than 2,00,000 people.

# Dinamalar , a daily news paper sponsoring continuously more 70,000 awareness booklets on Environ and Traffic were also issued to all

# 40 days free Internet & MS-Office course ( worth 3 Lakhs for 260 people ) for Physically Handicapped, Youth & Women for 3 years

# Paper Bag Training program was conducted & distributed in many places, especially in Trichy Central Prisons (both Women & Men )

# Conducted street play in 100 places for 24 days in Trichy City along with City Corporation for RWH, Plastic, Voter Awareness

# Created a World Record by conducting one of the largest in the state “Trainers of Training programme in Traffic Rules “ , it’s a 2 weeks camp for School Children’s for 16 times in the past 20 years along with Trichy District Administration, City Police & TN State Transport Corporation, it reached more than 60,000 students. As follow up we provide a award to the school who conducted many awareness in their schools and near by areas. As a result 100 awareness programmed was organized by various Schools .

# Nearly 70,000 booklets on Enviro Awareness sponsored by Dinamalar were issued.

# Voter awareness programme mostly in all the Panchyath, Assembly, Loksabha Elections in these 20yrs

# Organized many Face to Face programme with various Government Departments, the Students were made to interact with the officials and solve many issues & Problems of the City

# We coordinate / conduct lot of awareness programmes and planted more than 65,000 Tree saplings along various Government Departments like Collectrate, City Police, City Traffic Police, District Police, Prisons, Universities, Education dept., Regional Transport office, City Corporation, Tourism, Endowment, District Library, Town & Village Panchyaths, TN Slum Clearance Board, Election Commission, S.Railways- Trichy Division, TN State Transport Corporation, Social Welfare, Social Defense, Health Dept., Sports Development Authority etc.

# Donated 100’s of unit blood to the needy peoples. Coordinated in the “Slum Adoption Programme” of Trichy City Police, it received an International Community Policing Award. Many joint venture with the organizations and corporates in the District, many Relief & Rehabilitation programmes for Homes, needy people, Physically Challenged people, Orphans, Elders etc. Organized in a Grand Manner of 10^th Anniversary Celebrations for 11 DAYS WITH 42 VARIOUS EVENTS
